BBC SPORT | Other Sport | Horse Racing | Friday's racing bulletin
BBC SPORT | Other Sport | Horse Racing | Friday's racing bulletin: "The Five Live tip is Indien Royal in the 1440 at Warwick (all times GMT).
Tony McCoy is in action at Warwick, where he will ride Whitford Don in the 1340 and Indien Royal in the 1440.
The jockey has a good strike rate for trainer Paul Nicholls, having won on three of his seven rides for the trainer this season.
Indien Royal looks the most interesting of his two bookings, having run well on his first outing for nearly two years.
Ashley Brook, who beat him at Newton Abbot, is decent but there does not look anything of that calibre in today's line-up.
The ground at Sedgefield has changed to soft with heavy patches after 12mm"

BBC SPORT | Other Sport | Horse Racing | Best Mate on course for Ireland: "Trainer Henrietta Knight has told the BBC her triple Cheltenham Gold Cup winner Best Mate will run in the Lexus Chase at Leopardstown on Tuesday.
The nine-year-old horse is also likely to be declared on Thursday for Sunday's King George VI Chase at Kempton.
But the intention remains to run in Ireland two days later in the race he won 12 months ago.
'We go over to Ireland on Boxing Day. He's travelling on the ferry and we plan to run on Tuesday,' said Knight."

BBC SPORT | Other Sport | Horse Racing | Murphy fights Christmas ban: "Jockey Timmy Murphy will appeal on Thursday against a seven-day ban which rules him out of the busy Christmas racing schedule.
Murphy was banned after he struck out at his mount Semi Precious following the pair's fall at Plumpton.
The Irishman seemed to throw his whip at the horse in frustration as it got to its feet and galloped away.
He hopes the Jockey Club will uphold his appeal so he can ride in the King George VI Chase on Boxing Day.
Murphy is due to go before the club's disciplinary panel at 1030 GMT.
He is scheduled to ride Therealbandit in the King George at Kempton. "

Tuesday's racing bulletin

The Five Live tip is Party Games in the 1540 at Fontwell (all times GMT).
A double at Wolverhampton on Monday meant that Kieren Fallon has now ridden 200 winners this year.
The former champion flat jockey has achieved the milestone five times in the last eight years.
He also denied rumours that he is to quit race riding in this country and relocate to America.
Tuesday's racing comes from Fontwell Park, Lingfield and Southwell.
Champion jockey Tony McCoy, who has nine winners from his last 41 rides, is in action at Fontwell, where the ground is described as soft with good to soft patches. "

BBC SPORT | Other Sport | Horse Racing | Monday's racing bulletin: "The Five Live tip is Miss Porcia in the 1440 at Lingfield (all times GMT).
Monday's racing comes from Fakenham, Lingfield and Wolverhampton.
Temperatures fell to -4C overnight at Fakenham and officials will hold a second inspection at 1000 before deciding whether the fixture will go ahead.
But with temperatures slowly rising, clerk of the course David Hunter, who walked the track at 0800, remains confident of racing.
There are no problems at either Lingfield or Wolverhampton where although temperatures fell to -5C, the Polytrack is still riding standard.
The presence of former champion jockey Kieren Fallon at Wolverhampton should ensure a decent crowd. "

BBC SPORT | Other Sport | Horse Racing | Gallagher leaves Doumen stable: "Jockey Dean Gallagher has split with Francois Doumen to join up-and-coming French trainer Francois Cottin.
Gallagher only linked up with Doumen in September after serving an 18-month ban for testing postive for cocaine.
'Dean Gallagher has disillusioned me strongly. I've given him his chance and he has made another choice. He has gone,' said an angry Doumen.
Cottin, who only began training in April, is in fifth place in the French trainers' table.
Gallagher, who won the 2002 Champion Hurdle on Hors La Loi III, who was bred by Cottin, will start his new job on 1 January.
'It's a very high-profile job, one of the best,' Gallagher told the Racing Post.
'Mr Cottin has some very good horses and very prominent owners, and the position offered was hard to turn down from both a financial and personal point of view.
'Mr Doumen has some nice horses but the best ones, like Baracouda and First Gold, I couldn't ride. "

Murphy ban takes it to the extreme
By Brough Scott

In the realms of abuse it was about the equal of shouting at the neighbour's dog. Timmy Murphy probably shouldn't have thrown his whip at his horse as it galloped away after falling with him at Plumpton on Monday. But to be suspended for seven days for "improper riding" over the crucial Boxing Day to New Year period is taking "animal correctness" as well as the English language to new heights of absurdity.

Whatever occurs with his delayed appeal, Murphy will already be wishing he had never taken the ride on the novice chaser Semi Precious when booked jockey Noel Fehily cried off on Tuesday morning. True the gelding was favourite, had won his only previous chase at Hereford and had closed up impressively with four fences to jump at Plumpton. But, in the midst of the hottest streak of his career, Murphy was hardly short of winners or desperately in need of his seven per cent share of the modest £3,800 first prize.

So what happened after Semi Precious turned over and skidded alongside Murphy on the Sussex turf was always in the spirit of exasperation rather than disaster. And what happened wasn't very much. As he got up, Murphy grabbed out but failed to catch Semi Precious with his right hand and then angrily threw his whip at the horse's disappearing backside with which he may or may not have made any contact at all.

Betting System
The best betting system currently available is Football Cash Generator. This is a home study course that details a betting system for the UK for use with Betting Exchanges.

However the system can be used from anywhere in the world as long as you can get a betting account at Betfair or Betdaq or any other betting exchange that operates soccer markets.

The reason that Football Cash Generator is the best is because you do not need any special skills. You just follow a set of principles associated with the way betting markets operate on soccer matches.

BBC SPORT | Other Sport | Horse Racing | Baracouda wins Long Walk Hurdle: "Baracouda produced a gutsy display to claim a fourth Telectronics Systems Long Walk Hurdle at Windsor.
The Francois Doumen-trained nine-year-old needed a strong Tony McCoy drive to get the better of a three-way fight with Crystal D'Ainay and the fast-finishing Rule Supreme in the Grade One event.
McCoy made sure that Baracouda, who was the 8-13 favourite, held on to the lead to win by three-quarters of a length from Crystal, with Rule Supreme in third.
Outsider Kadara set off in front and she was soon 10 lengths clear of Ilnamar, while Baracouda was initially at the front of the chasing pack in third. "

Ladbrokes Poker
Ladbrokes Poker is probably my favorite Poker school online. Firstly I trust Ladbrokes Poker strange I know, trusting a UK bookie I mean. But Poker is different, it's more like using a betting exchange where Ladbrokes just take a set percentage of stakes.

Ladbrokes Poker is the busiest site with lots of players and so lots of choice.

There are no US players at Ladbrokes Poker. I don't want to be prejudiced but the fact is that there are a lot more professional players in the US & it can be harder to win.

Best of all though is that at Ladbrokes Poker you get the chance to qualify for the Poker Millions tournament online.

Trainer Alan King has allayed fears that Crystal d'Ainay is fit and well ahead of his clash with Baracouda in the Long Walk hurdle at Windsor on Saturday.
King thinks the race may become a tactical affair but, despite coming so close to beating Baracouda last time out at Newbury, he will not be worrying about just one horse.
'Baracouda is the obvious danger but, with the likes of Rule Supreme and Sh Boom, it's not all about just one horse,' he said.

No evidence: Kieren Fallon denied race-fixing claims
Fallon, who was later arrested on race-fixing allegations, and fellow jockey John Egan were alleged to have given tips to an undercover reporter in a series of articles published last March.
But the Jockey Club said it had decided not to proceed with an inquiry after consulting its lawyers and reviewing a News Of The World dossier.

The three-year-old pipped Bullish Luck by a head after a thrilling battle in the final furlong of the track, while Touch of Land took third place.
Pre-race favourite Rakti made a promising start but ended up well down the field after tiring in the latter stages.

Bonusprint.com Gold Cup/Bula Hurdle, Cheltenham
Saturday December 11
Martin Pipe’s Our Vic has been our favourite for this weekend’s Bonusprint.com Gold Cup since betting opened on the race. Described by his trainer as "still the best in our yard" he has to be on the shortlist, especially considering he is almost certainly open to further improvement. However, his odds are a little cramped for what he has actually achieved so far, so there could be some value in taking him on this time. Shamawan enters the reckoning after his close second to Lady Cricket off this same handicap mark over course and distance in January last year. Both runs since have been over hurdles, including last time out at Uttoxeter, when he finished fourth on his seasonal debut. The form of that race is working out well – the second and third has won since – and he will be a lot sharper for that run. He could run well at a big price, and may be good enough to emulate stable companion Legal Right, who won the race back in 1999.
Recommendation: Shamawan @ 16/1 (each way).
bet365 Bonusprint selected prices … Our Vic 10/3, Thisthatandtother 4/1, Monkerhostin 6/1, Redemption, Non So 10/1, Shamawan 16/1, others on bet365 website.
Rooster Booster heads our market for this Saturday’s Bula Hurdle at Cheltenham, after showing he retains much of his ability when running fourth under a big weight last month on his reappearance. He is bound to come on for that run, and looks sure to run a big race on what is his favourite track. However, with the strong end-to-end gallop that he needs not guaranteed, the 2003 Champion Hurdle winner could be vulnerable to Noel Chance’s Flame Creek. The eight-year-old has been off the course since January, but has won on each of his three previous seasonal appearances, and escapes a penalty for an easy win in a Grade 2 hurdle early last year. Best fresh and getting the weight from the favourite, he looks worth an each way bet.
Recommendation: Flame Creek @ 14/1 (each way).
bet365 Bula prices … Rooster Booster 9/4, Inglis Drever, Back In Front 7/2, Flame Creek 14/1, others on bet365 website.

Debate on Betting Exchanges Heats Up - bloodhorse.com: "Chris Schef, executive vice president of Thoroughbred Racing Associations, said the U.S. racing industry can't afford to allow Internet betting exchanges to continue to infringe illegally, and suggested the industry form its own exchange to monopolize the U.S. market.
In a two-part panel discussion on betting exchanges Wednesday at the Symposium on Racing in Tucson, Ariz., Scherf said he would ask the TRA board Thursday to make the issue of betting exchanges a priority.
'There should be a dialogue and a priority in this industry to decide where we are going on this issue,' Scherf said.
Internet betting exchanges, which allow handicappers to bet on or against a horse to win or lose, are considered illegal in the U.S. and most countries besides the UK and Ireland. BetFair is the most popular of such Internet exchanges, which have been accused of accepting wagers from people in countries where exchanges are illegal and in some cases taking data and simulcasting signals without authorization."

AZERT FOR REVENGE THIS TIME!
This weekend’s Tingle Creek chase from Sandown looks a re-match between last year’s winner and runner-up, Moscow Flyer and Azertyuiop respectively, with the latter fancied to gain revenge. Moscow Flyer won with authority last year, but the Paul Nicholls chaser was in need of the run that day, and has since shown vastly improved form, culminating with victory in the Champion Chase in March. This year, he is better prepared after winning the Haldon Gold Cup on his reappearance, and at the age of seven has time on his side. Moscow Flyer, rising 11, is not getting any younger, so Martin Pipe’s Arkle winner Well Chief could be the one for the forecast.
Recommendation: 5 point Straight Forecast Azertyuiop to beat Well Chief.
PIPE’S YOUR MAN AGAIN!
Pipe’s Manx Royal has been all the rage for the William Hill Handicap Hurdle, a race the trainer has farmed in the past, and he is now our 9/2 favourite from an early 10/1. After being thrown in at the deep end in a Grade 1 novice hurdle on his debut when pulled up, he has since began to justify the high regard in which he is held, with two easy wins in lower grade at Uttoxeter and Newton Abbot. He looks to have been laid out for this by his astute trainer. King Eider, the possible ride of Tony McCoy, could be the one to chase the favourite home.
Recommendation: 4 points on Manx Royal @ 9/2, 2 points each-way King Eider @ 9/1.
