In brief: Microsoft sells security; eBay helps stores (USA Today)
Microsoft Chief Executive Steve Ballmer is set Thursday to lay out the software giant's plans to begin selling anti-virus and anti-spyware subscription services, probably sometime next year. Also, eBay unveils software designed to help small businesses sell products outside the eBay marketplace.
