Techs boosted by eBay; Dow hit by oil (Reuters via Yahoo! News)
U.S. technology stocks rose on Monday helped by shares of eBay Inc. , which climbed on a brokerage upgrade, but crude oil's climb to a fresh record and interest-rate concerns dragged on blue-chip Dow industrial shares.
