New York man sued over eBay dispute (Newsday.com)
LEVITTOWN, Pa. (AP) _ A 66-year-old Wrightstown resident filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Philadelphia against a New York man who reneged on a bid he made on eBay to buy a 1969 Mercedes Benz that was once owned by Elvis Presley.
