EBay violated small company's patent, court says (Miami Herald)
SAN JOSE, Calif. - In a decision that could force eBay Inc. to change some of its auction formats, a court ruled Wednesday that the e-commerce powerhouse infringed on a patent owned by a struggling small business in Virginia.
